The Faculty Council is a bridge between the students, staff, and the board of our faculty. It is composed of 6 students and 6 staff members from the Faculty of Sciences and Engineering, who meet with the faculty board once a month. On top of this, we attend the monthly Student Council meetings. Within the Faculty Council, the student members represent the interests of the students of the whole FSE and raise any wishes and concerns. Furthermore, we inform the students about the developments and decisions in the faculty management.
The student members of the Faculty Council are elected by the whole FSE student community in the end of May. The upcoming student members to the Faculty Council (for academic year 2024/25) will be added here soon.

The legal basis for the Faculty Council is the Dutch Higher Education and Research Act (Wet op het hoger onderwijs en wetenschappelijk onderzoek), Art. 9.37.
