Webmail rule – Automatically handle reflex appointments

This manual is made for creating rules for your email account. 

You can access the web mail by going to this link:


login with your username and password.

When you’ve logged in on the web mail you will find a settings button (cog-wheel) in the top right of your screen like so.

  1. Click on the cog-wheel
  2. Click on options

When you look to your left you will see a new options bar. Click ”organize email” as the second option.

You will now see inbox rules with a plus sign underneath it.

  1. Click on the plus sign
  2. Click on ”Create a new rule for arriving messages”.

Recreate the rule like the picture below. Give the rule a name.

Test reflex is our own made map. make sure the ”move the message to folder” is directed to a folder of your own choice.
