What do you need?

    • Your personal laptop or home PC with MacOS installed.
    • A web browser and an active Internet connection.
    • Your UM username and password.

Please consult the “Frequently Asked Questions” at the end of the manual in case you encounter problems in using the manual or the service.


(wordt bijgewerkt na update myprint website) Installing the myPrint driver:You can use myPrint to print documents from your own laptop or home PC. You’ll need to download a

driver for this only once and install it on your system. Please note that this step is only necessary for your
personal laptop or home PC, not for the (student) workstation.



  • Double click the pkg driver package (in this example “Ricoh_PS_Printers_Vol3_EXP_LIO_Driver.pkg”).
  • Select Continue.
  • Select Continue.
  • Agree with the terms of the software license agreement.
  • Click Install.
  • Type your password and select install Software.
  • After successful installation: click Close.
  • Start System Preferences.
  • Select Printers & Scanners. The printer dialogue screen opens
  • Open the MacOXReadme.txt file.
  • Select File followed by Print.
  • Click Show Details
  • Select Job Log
  • Enter your personal myPrint ID, which you will find on the white notepaper after logging in at the website’s ‘Home’ page. (Please note: the code is case sensitive!)
  • Select Save Current Settings as Preset… from the Presets drop down box.
  • Type myPrint as the Preset Name and select OK
  • Make a test print by the clicking Print button (If the job is displayed on the nearest Ricoh printer you can delete the test print job.
