How to add a mailbox in Outlook webapp

Method 1:

  1. Go to: and log in
  2. Go to the top right of your screen where you can find the following options.

  3. Left click on your user account tab. A drop down menu should appear.

  4. Click on: ” Open another mailbox”

  5. Enter the name of the mailbox you want to open. Select the one you want and press open. It will automatically add the new mailbox.




Method 2:

  1. Go to: and log in
  2. Right click your primary mailbox in the left navigation pane, then choose: ” add shared folder” 
  3. In the add shared folder dialog box, type the name or email adress of someone who has shared a mailbox with you. Then select add
